Small but quaint and nice people and food. They have great parking for being downtown
What a sweet little place! The staff were lovely, could not have been nicer. We had the chicken biscuit with honey and the bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich, both were delicious and just the right size. The vintage Corelle dishware were like the perfect icing on a perfect cake. The dining area and bathrooms were squeaky clean. So glad we dropped in!
They have a good selection of meal choices. For breakfast I had a chicken biscuit with a molasses drizzle. YUM!
Came here for a late night meal and sat at the bar with some friends after a party!! Definitely got more than expected and the vibes were immaculate, staff was super friendly. Great food, great time, great vibes
Stopped by for lunch around one and there was no wait. Order at the counter and they bring to your table. I got the catfish sandwich and my bf got the burger - both were flavorful and tasted fresh. The fried okra is the best in the downtown area. Tried the breakfast recently and omg the grits 🤤
This was the most special experience. After serving the most amazing breakfast, Holly, the owner stood at our table and chatted with us for 15 minutes. I had the veggie bowl and my friend had the chicken sausage gravy biscuit. Both were over the top.
Ton's is an adorable little place! The staff was kind and the food was delicious! My husband had the breakfast bowl with saisage & a cup of coffee; I had a pancake, bacon (I regret not getting the fruit because it looked amazing), and a frozen coffee. The portions - in my opinion - are just enough. If I'm ever back down here or if I know someone coming through, I know where at least one breakfast should be had!
I've been hearing fantastic things about Ton's grilled catfish sandwich and chicken & Sausage Gumbo, and tonight I was finally able to try them both. The Gumbo was superb, with a perfect consistency and spice level that really wowed me. I'm a huge fan of grilled catfish sandwiches, and this one was truly exceptional. The thick white meat fillet was cooked just right and tasted incredibly clean, fresh, and delicious. I met Hollie Girouard, 3rd generation owner, last night and discovered that they're open downtown Lafayette until midnight, Thursday through Saturday.
Definitely a really good place to sit inside and eat, weather it's breakfast,Lunch or dinner they have you covered. There food tastes very fresh. There customer serivce was awesome, the serivce was fast. You can sit at the bar or sit in a booth, very quiet, a good place to have a nice meal.
